Q: Can I request specific flowers?
A: We only offer seasonal pre-designed arrangements to ensure freshness and affordability.

Q: What’s included in your weekly arrangements?
A: Every flower arrangement is a seasonal surprise handcrafted with the freshest, highest-quality blooms available that week. Think of it as a florist-curated gift to your home or office!

Q: How long will my flower last?
A: With proper care, your arrangement will stay fresh for 5-7 days!

Q: Can I gift a weekly subscription to someone else?
A: Absolutely! Just provide their address and delivery preferences at checkout. We’ll include a personalized note for the first delivery.

Q: What if I’m allergic to certain flowers?
A: Let us know in the “Notes” section at checkout, and we’ll craft your bouquet with allergy-friendly blooms.

Q: Can I cancel or refund my subscription?
A: You can pause or cancel anytime before  Sunday 7 PM cutoff. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been prepared or delivered

Q: How do business floral subscription work?

A: Select your preferred colour scheme. Choose delivery frequency: weekly, monthly, or every 3 months.Our pre-designed arrangements keep things simple and cost-effective — custom designs are not included in this service.

Q:Can we match florals to our brand colours?
A: For our business flower subscription, full customisation isn’t available — but you can choose from our curated colour palettes designed to suit a range of aesthetics.

However, if you're looking for bespoke designs tailored to your brand, we do offer a Corporate floral service.Simply send us your enquiry, along with your preffered color or visual preferences, and we’ll create arrangements that align beautifully with your brand identity.

Q:What happens to my vase if I cancel?
A:You’re welcome to keep it as a thank-you gift for supporting our local blooms!

Q: Can I choose specific flowers?
A: Our designs are Florist’s Choice to ensure the freshest seasonal blooms and best value — specific flower requests aren't available under the subscription service.

Q: Can we request a specific vase style or container?

A:For custom corporate accounts, yes. For standard subscriptions, vase styles may vary and are selected to suit the design and scale of the arrangement.

Q: Do we need to return vases or containers?
A:For subscription plans, vases are part of a rotation system— we’ll collect the previous vase during the next delivery and replace new vase and you’re welcometo keep the last vase after you subscribtion are finished. For one-time orders or events, vases are yours to keep unless hired separately.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
A: Yes! Simply give us at least 7 days' notice to pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer two flexible payment options:
Prepaid:
Pay upfront ,total includes flower cost + delivery fee (based on your delivery zone).
Pay As You Go:
Pay before each delivery — perfect for a more flexible schedule.

Billing Process

1. Auto-Pay (Direct Debit)

Charged 3 days before each delivery
Example: For a Wednesday delivery, you’ll be charged on Sunday.

Secure Payment via Stripe Pause or cancel anytime before the cutoff.

2. Manual Payment
We’ll send you a payment link 3 days before delivery.Pay via credit/debit card before Sunday 7 PM.No auto-charges — best for irregular orders.

3. Failed Payments
Auto-Pay retries once within 24 hours.Unresolved payments will pause your deliveries until manually resolved.

Flowers are prepared only after payment is confirmed by the Sunday 7 PM cutoff.
