Flower Care Instructions

Step 1

Unwrap Carefully

Remove all packaging. Handle flowers gently.

trim stems diagonally (1-2cm).

Step 2: Clean Vase & Water

Fill a clean vase with fresh, room-temperature water. Add flower food provided.

Step 3: Avoid direct sunlight/heat.

Avoid Sunlight/Heat: Keep in a cool spot

Step 4

Refresh Water: Change every 2 days and re-trim stems.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Lifespan: 3-5 days (longer for hardy flowers like orchids).

For Hat Box Flowers

Step 1

Keep in Original Box

No need to remove. Flowers are arranged in floral foam.

Step 2

Check Moisture Daily

Touch the foam gently. If dry, add a little amount of water at the base.

Step 3

Avoid Direct Sunlight

Keep in a cool area, away from heat or direct light.

Step 4

Do Not Tilt or Shake

Keep box level to maintain arrangement.

Step 5

Enjoy for 5–7 Days

With care, flowers will stay fresh and beautiful longer.

PRESERVED FLOWER CARE INSTRUCTION

Do not remove Preserved flower from boxes they are good to stay there.
The roses in our products are real and naturally grown, therefore they will be delicate.If you need to clean your luxury roses, only do a light dusting with a soft dusting tool.  
Do not wipe down or spray with chemicals, this will damage the roses.
Do not handle or touch the roses unless absolutely necessary.
AVOID direct exposure to sunlight.
DO NOT place anything onto the roses as they can crush and damage the roses.
