  • No Customizations for weekly subscription flower: Florists select the best seasonal stems.
  • All arrangements are subject to seasonal flower availability.
  • Flower arrangment Variations: Stem count may adjust slightly based on flower market value.
  • Design Flexibility: For Business flower subscription ,While we strive to match your requested style and palette, flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability.
  • All services must be paid in full prior to the delivery or event date.
  • Late Payments: Weekly plans missing payment will skip delivery.
  • Delivery Issues: Report problems within 24 hours for replacements.
  • Delivery: Corporate deliveries are made during business hours. Exact timing may vary based on location and traffic conditions.
  • Damages: Once delivered, flowers are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for damage due to improper handling or unsuitable environments.
  • Our floral subscription plans are prepaid/pay as you go and available on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before cut off time.For cancellations made after the cutoff time.Refunds are not available.
  • For custom events and installations, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable, due to flower ordering and design preparation.
  • Booking & Deposit: A 30%-50% deposit is required to confirm custom corporate floral installations or event bookings. Final payment is due 3 days prior to delivery.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

  • As flowers are perishable and custom-prepared, we do not offer exchanges once delivered.

  • However, if you are unsatisfied due to damaged or poor-quality blooms, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will review the issue. Refunds or replacements may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refunds are available once the flowers have been delivered and accepted in good condition.
