Flower Delivery FAQ

How does your flexible delivery work?

To ensure your flowers arrive at their freshest, we prepare orders in batches based on volume.

Here’s how it works:

Order Cutoff

Weekly Deadline: All orders must be placed by Sunday 7 PM for the upcoming week’s delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

By Monday 9 PM, you’ll receive:

  • Your confirmed delivery day (Wednesday/Thursday)
  • Delivery confirmation – A final reminder of your delivery details to ensure everything’s correct.

On Delivery Day

 What to Expect:
✔ Morning delivery window – You’ll receive a timeframe for when your flowers will arrive.
✔ Real-time updates – A notification when our driver is on the way.

Why Two Delivery Days?

To accommodate order volume and ensure peak freshness, we split deliveries between Wednesday and Thursday each week.

We’ll automatically assign your delivery day based on your location and order timing—you’ll always know your date by Monday night!

Special Occasions (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s day, etc.):

We add extra delivery dates closer to the event.

Always check our website or social media for updated deadlines ,delivery options and availability during these periods.

Delivery Area

We deliver to Melbourne Metro suburbs within 40 km of our studio in  Doncaster East.

A Little Note Before You Order

All our arrangements are made fresh just for you, so please:

  • Only place an order if you (or your recipient) will be available to receive it.
  • Double-check your delivery date and address

Need to pause or skip the week?

Please update us by Monday 7pm for the following week's delivery.

Delivery Times

While we can't guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, we'll always do our best to deliver at a convenient time.

What If No One's Home?

Our friendly drivers will:
✔ Leave your flowers in a safe, shaded spot
✔ Send you a delivery photo via email/SMS
✔ Call you if there are access issues

Wrong Address?

We're happy to remake and redeliver next week with fresh flowers at 30% off.

Hospital Deliveries

We'd love to send flowers to cheer up patients! Please:
✔ Check with the hospital first about their flower policy

✔ Include the recipient's room details if possible.

Note: We can't accept responsibility if the hospital refuses delivery

PO Boxes

We're sorry, but we can't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Special Note About Fresh Flowers

Because we use only the freshest seasonal blooms, same-day redelivery isn't possible - we need time to carefully prepare your new arrangement.

Note:These rates only apply to fortnightly, or monthly subscription deliveries.

Our event delivery zone may vary depending on your needs.

Corporate Services: Flower Delivery

Q: What time will our flowers be delivered?

A:Deliveries typically occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on your scheduled day. If you require a specific delivery window, please let us know in advance — additional fees may apply.

Q: Can you deliver flowers directly to multiple office locations?

A:Yes. We can coordinate delivery across multiple addressesfor corporate clients. Please provide location details and scheduling preferences when booking.

Q: What happens if our office is closed or no one is available to receive the flowers?

A:If no one is available to receive the delivery, the flowers will be returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee will apply. We’ll always attempt to contact the recipient first.

Q: What if our flowers arrive damaged or wilted?

A:We take great care with every delivery. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit, depending on the situation.
